Withdrawal Policy

1. General Principles

1.1 This Withdrawal Policy sets out how funds are paid out from a player's account. It works alongside the General Terms and Conditions, and where a conflict exists between the two, the General Terms and Conditions prevail.

1.2 Withdrawals are only available for verified funds and winnings that comply with the wagering and account rules set out in this Policy and the General Terms and Conditions.

2. Withdrawal Methods

2.1 Withdrawals are processed through the same payment method used to fund the account, wherever this is technically possible. Where it is not possible, the Company may use an alternative method to complete the payment.

2.2 Available methods may include bank transfer, debit card, e-wallets, and select cryptocurrencies. Availability can vary depending on your account's country and currency settings.

3. Minimum and Maximum Amounts

3.1 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set at the Company's discretion and may vary by payment method. As a general guide, minimum withdrawals typically start at AU$15 for cards and e-wallets and AU$20 for bank transfer, with higher minimums applying to select cryptocurrencies.

3.2 A maximum of 3 pending withdrawal requests is permitted on an account at any time.

4. Verification Requirements

4.1 Before a withdrawal is approved, the Company may require identity and source-of-funds verification (KYC), particularly once an account's cumulative activity crosses a set threshold.

4.2 Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID or driving licence, and a recent utility bill or bank statement to confirm your address.

4.3 Verification is usually completed within 10 days of a complete submission, though more complex cases may take longer. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in withheld payment or account closure.

5. Wagering and Turnover Requirements

5.1 A minimum rollover of 1x applies to deposited funds before a withdrawal can be approved. If total wagers fall short of the deposit amount, the Company may deduct a processing commission, typically 10%, rising to 15% where funds were deposited by card or bank transfer.

5.2 A minimum monthly wagering threshold applies before a withdrawal is approved; the Company may decline a request if this threshold has not been met within the calendar month of the request.

5.3 Where bonus funds are involved, the wagering requirements set out in the Bonus Terms apply in addition to the general turnover rule above.

6. Processing Times

6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 business days of submission, provided all verification checks are complete, or 3 business days after the prior withdrawal was completed, whichever is later.

6.2 Processing takes place during standard business hours on weekdays. Delays occurring after the Company has completed its processing, such as those caused by a receiving bank, are outside the Company's control.

6.3 The Company may delay a withdrawal where further checks are required to confirm identity, account activity, or compliance with the General Terms and Conditions.

7. VIP Tiers and Withdrawal Limits

7.1 Withdrawal limits scale with account VIP status, based on activity over the preceding 90 days:

VIP LevelDaily Limit (AUD)Monthly Limit (AUD)
Level 180010,500
Level 280016,000
Level 31,20020,000
Level 41,80024,000
Level 52,50035,000

7.2 An account with no betting activity for a full month is automatically reduced to the lowest VIP level, which may affect applicable limits.

8. Declined or Cancelled Withdrawals

8.1 A withdrawal may be declined or cancelled where fraud, collusion, duplicate accounts, or a breach of the General Terms and Conditions is suspected.

8.2 Winnings generated in breach of the wagering rules, bonus terms, or promotion rules may be voided at the withdrawal stage.

9. Inactive Accounts

9.1 An account with no login activity for 180 days is classified as inactive and may be subject to a monthly administration fee, currently set at AU$10, deducted from any remaining balance. No further fee applies once the balance reaches zero.

10. Taxes

10.1 Players are responsible for any tax obligations connected to their winnings in their country of residence. The Company does not withhold tax on withdrawals unless legally required to do so.
