WishWin Casino

1. General Rules

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the WishWin website (the "Website"). Accessing or using any part of the Website means you accept and are bound by the following, taken together:

  • these General Terms and Conditions;
  • the Privacy Policy;
  • the Cookie Policy;
  • any specific terms attached to advertising campaigns, bonuses, or promotions run on the Website;
  • the rules of individual games offered on the Website, accessible from within those games;
  • any further terms you may be asked to accept to use particular sections or features of the Website.

1.2 Where a conflict exists, the specific terms of a promotion, bonus, or advertising campaign take priority over these General Terms and Conditions.

1.3 If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not register an account or use any Website service. Continuing to use the Website after this point is treated as acceptance.

1.4 Unless stated otherwise, "we," "us," "our," and "the Company" refer to the entity operating the Website. "You," "your," and "customer" refer to the individual using the Website and accepting these Terms.

1.5 The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative version. Any translation is provided purely for convenience, and where a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version governs. By accepting these Terms, you confirm your English is sufficient to understand them fully.

1.6 Game access is provided exclusively through an encrypted, protected network designed to safeguard sensitive data.

2. Regulatory Requirements and Limitations

2.1 You may only use the Website's services if you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction and are at least 18 years old. Accepting these Terms confirms you meet this requirement; if you have not yet turned 18, you must leave the Website immediately.

2.2 The Company makes no representation about whether your use of the Website is lawful where you live. Confirming and monitoring the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction is entirely your responsibility, both before opening an account and every time you use it afterward. By using the Website, you confirm that you are legally permitted to gamble online. Should online gambling become illegal or restricted where you live, you must close your account and stop using the service straight away.

2.3 Residents of certain jurisdictions (the "Excluded Jurisdictions") are not permitted to register an account or deposit funds. The current list includes Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, Sweden, Ukraine (including Crimea), the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and Côte d'Ivoire. This list may be updated at the Company's sole discretion without advance notice, and any changes will be published on the Website. You are responsible for checking the current list regularly. If you are located in an Excluded Jurisdiction, you agree not to open or use an account, and to close any existing account immediately.

2.4 Certain software providers featured on the Website independently restrict access for customers from specific jurisdictions, detailed in the "Additional Territorial Restrictions" section of these Terms. Accessing that software confirms you are not resident in a restricted jurisdiction.

3. Your Account

3.1 Full use of the Website requires a personal account.

3.2 Your account must be registered under your true, correct identity. Only one account is permitted per person, per household or address, per phone number or email, and per IP address. Any further account is treated as a "Duplicate Account." Opening or attempting to open a Duplicate Account, including through false or altered details, may result in the following:

  • any action carried out through a Duplicate Account being treated as void;
  • cancellation of any promotions used through the Duplicate Account;
  • forfeiture of winnings generated through the Duplicate Account, including reversal of any withdrawals already processed;
  • permanent closure of the Duplicate Account with no option to reopen it.

3.3 You must keep your login and password confidential and not share them with anyone. You are solely responsible for activity carried out through your account. Access using the correct login credentials is treated as your own action, and we bear no responsibility for losses arising from unauthorised account access; such use is treated as your own.

3.4 You must not sell, transfer, buy, or otherwise acquire an account belonging to someone else. Any such attempt is void and constitutes a breach of these Terms. This covers, without limitation, any transfer of value connected to an account, including winnings, deposits, bets, or related rights, whether through pledging, assignment, trading, brokering, or any comparable arrangement, with or without third-party involvement.

3.5 Using another person's login credentials to access the Website is prohibited.

3.6 You must keep your account details current and notify us promptly of any changes to your registration information.

3.7 Closing your account: you may request closure at any time, provided the account carries no outstanding balance (positive or negative) and no pending withdrawal requests. If you request closure while holding a positive balance or a pending withdrawal, those funds will be forfeited.

3.8 Self-exclusion: you may request self-exclusion through customer support, and we will assist in closing your account. You are responsible for informing us of any other accounts you hold and for not opening new ones; the Company is not responsible for losses connected to other accounts you fail to disclose, nor for losses connected to gambling generally.

3.9 We reserve the right to refuse to open an account, or to close an existing one, without prior notice or explanation.

4. Your Warranties

4.1 By opening and using an account, you confirm that:

  • you are acting for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else;
  • you are a competent adult acting within the law;
  • you do not have a gambling problem, and you are not using the Website under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances;
  • all information you provide at registration is accurate and current, and you will keep it updated;
  • you understand and accept that using our services carries a risk of financial loss;
  • the funds you use are not derived from illegal sources;
  • you have not colluded, and will not collude, with any other customer;
  • the payment method used to fund your account belongs to you and has not been stolen or lost by someone else. The Company may close your account and void winnings where there is reasonable suspicion this warranty has been breached.

4.2 You confirm you have never previously held another account, and have never received funds through an account belonging to someone else.

4.3 You confirm that the information supplied on your registration form is true and complete.

5. Verification of Age, Identity, and Other Checks

5.1 You must supply any information reasonably requested to manage your account or verify your identity or the source of your funds, including certified ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and transaction history.

5.2 The Company may use any procedures it considers appropriate to verify your identity, age, residence, or related circumstances (KYC), whether before or after a deposit or withdrawal.

5.3 Requested documents and information must be provided within 30 days of the request. Failure to do so may result in withheld payment, account suspension, or permanent closure. Verification is typically completed within 10 days of a complete response, though more complex cases may take longer.

5.4 Verification checks may be carried out through recognised third parties, including credit reference agencies, identity verification providers, or fraud prevention services. Any personal data shared with these third parties is handled in line with the Privacy Policy.

5.5 By accepting these Terms, you agree that additional security checks, including phone or video verification, may be carried out to confirm your identity and account activity in line with applicable regulation and our anti-fraud procedures.

6. Account Balance, Deposits, and Withdrawals

6.1 Financial operations connected to your account are processed by the Company, a payment system operator, or a third party designated for that purpose.

6.2 Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment method you select from those available on the Website. Withdrawals are, wherever possible, processed using the same method used for the deposit. You must comply with the terms of use of any payment provider whose service you use.

6.3 Your account balance is not a bank deposit; it carries no insurance, asset backing, guarantee, or interest.

6.4 By depositing funds, you authorise the Company to debit any fines or dues connected to your account activity, as provided under these Terms or applicable law. You agree not to reverse, dispute, or charge back deposited funds, and to cover any costs the Company incurs from such actions.

6.5 The Company sets minimum and maximum deposit amounts at its own discretion.

6.6 Refund policy: 6.6.1 Deposits are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as technical faults with the Website or payment systems. 6.6.2 No refund is available once a deposit, or an associated bonus, has been used to place a bet. 6.6.3 Refund requests must be raised with customer support within 24 hours of the transaction. We aim to respond within 10 business days. All refund decisions are made at the Company's sole discretion. 6.6.4 Any refund or reversed transaction may be withheld until your identity is satisfactorily confirmed, which may require an identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. If this documentation is not supplied within 30 days, the refund will not proceed, the account will be closed, and any remaining balance will be forfeited, with this decision being final. 6.6.5 Where your account was funded by credit card, the Company reserves the right to process withdrawal requests as refunds against the original card purchases, up to the deposited amount. 6.6.6 Where a credit card transaction is judged to carry unacceptable risk, whether by the card processor or the Company's KYC team, the transaction will be refunded to the card, and relevant authorities notified. 6.6.7 Any refund is calculated after deducting bonus funds and winnings from the balance.

6.7 Withdrawal requests are processed according to the Company's withdrawal rules. All deposited funds and resulting winnings are subject to a minimum monthly wagering requirement; the Company may decline a withdrawal if you have not wagered at least AU$30 within the calendar month of the request.

6.8 A minimum rollover of 1x applies before a withdrawal is processed. If total wagers fall short of the deposit amount, the Company may cancel winnings and retain a 10% commission (minimum AU$0.75) as a processing cost, rising to 15% where the deposit was made by bank card or transfer.

6.9 Withdrawals may be cancelled where fraud, collusion, or illegal activity is suspected.

6.10 The Company will try to accommodate your preferred payment method for withdrawal, though this cannot be guaranteed, and an alternative method may be used instead.

6.11 Withdrawals are processed according to monthly limits tied to VIP status:

VIP LevelDaily Limit (AUD)Monthly Limit (AUD)
Level 180010,500
Level 280016,000
Level 31,20020,000
Level 41,80024,000
Level 52,50035,000

6.12 VIP level is determined by activity over the preceding 90 days and may change based on the ratio of deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses received. An account with no betting activity for a month is automatically reduced to the lowest level.

6.13 A maximum of 3 pending withdrawal requests is permitted on an account at any time.

6.14 The Company may set its own payment schedule, minimum and maximum transaction amounts, and processing times, which may vary by method, account level, or other factors.

6.15 Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 business days of submission, or 3 business days after the prior withdrawal was completed, once all checks are satisfied. Processing occurs during standard business hours on weekdays; delays beyond this point are outside the Company's responsibility.

6.16 The Company may delay a withdrawal to complete identity, balance, or source-of-funds checks, or to investigate compliance with these Terms. You agree to cooperate with any such investigation. Payment may be postponed until all checks are complete.

6.17 Customer funds are held separately from the Company's operating funds in dedicated accounts, so that customer balances remain protected and recoverable in the event of insolvency.

6.18 An account with no login activity for 180 days is classified as "Inactive." A monthly administration fee of AU$10 may apply while the account remains inactive, adjustable at the Company's discretion. If the balance is below AU$10, the full remaining balance is charged. No further fee applies once the balance reaches zero.

6.19 Where a software fault or transaction error results in an incorrect balance, the Company may correct the error by adjusting your account, and undertakes to refund any amount incorrectly withheld within 30 days of the fault being identified.

6.20 Funds credited to an account in error remain the Company's property and will be deducted accordingly. If mistakenly credited funds are withdrawn before the error is identified, the withdrawn amount is treated as a debt owed to the Company. You must notify the Company promptly if you notice an incorrect balance adjustment.

6.21 Transferring funds between customer accounts in any form is prohibited. Accounts involved may be blocked, winnings may be forfeited, and the activity may be reported to relevant authorities.

6.22 The Company may apply any positive balance in your account toward an outstanding debt owed to the Company.

6.23 You are responsible for any taxes or duties connected to your winnings, and agree to cover any cost the Company incurs as a result of a tax-related obligation or government request connected to your account.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 The Company may, from time to time, offer bonus funds, free spins, loyalty points, or other promotional incentives. Some require a qualifying deposit. Each promotion carries its own specific terms in addition to these General Terms, and where a conflict arises, the promotion's specific terms prevail.

7.2 Each bonus offer is limited to one per person, household, phone number, and shared or personal device or IP address.

7.3 The Company may decline to award a bonus, cancel participation in a promotion, or exclude a customer from the promotions programme entirely, at its sole discretion. Decisions relating to promotion disputes, including eligibility and calculation of winnings, are final.

7.4 Customers resident in Excluded Jurisdictions may not register for or use any promotion.

7.5 Promotions are additionally restricted for residents of Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia, and Malaysia.

7.6 All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, the combined bonus and deposit amount, or resulting winnings, depending on the specific promotion. A requirement of x5, for example, means wagering five times the relevant amount before withdrawal.

7.7 Game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

CategoryContribution
Pokies (excluding listed exceptions), scratch cards, and keno100%
Live dealer games10%
Table and card games0%
Video poker10%
Jackpot pokies10%
Slingo gamesNot eligible for bonus play
Bingo gamesNot eligible for bonus play

7.8 Certain nominated titles contribute at 50% (including Crazy Time, Dream Catcher, Dream Catcher First Person, and Monopoly), while a broader list of nominated titles contributes at 10%. The current list is available within the promotion terms on the Website.

7.9 A separate list of nominated titles contributes 0% toward wagering, meaning bets placed on those titles do not count toward clearing a bonus. The current list is available within the promotion terms on the Website.

7.10 Real-money balance is wagered first; once exhausted, wagering continues from the bonus balance.

7.11 Wagering requirements must be met within 10 days for casino bonuses and 30 days for sports bonuses from the date the bonus is credited. Bonuses not cleared within this window, along with any resulting winnings, are voided.

7.12 Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met results in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

7.13 Once wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds and resulting winnings move to the real-money balance and become available for withdrawal under the standard withdrawal rules.

7.14 No-deposit free spins carry winnings capped at AU$120, with a x40 wagering requirement applied to those winnings.

7.15 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

  • no-deposit bonuses carry a x40 wagering requirement, with a maximum withdrawal cap of five times the bonus amount (for example, a AU$30 no-deposit bonus caps withdrawable winnings at AU$150; anything above that is voided);
  • deposit bonuses carry a x35 wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount, with a maximum withdrawal cap of ten times the bonus amount (for example, a AU$15 deposit bonus caps withdrawable winnings at AU$150; anything above that is voided).

7.16 All bonus-related withdrawals are subject to audit, gameplay review, and account verification.

7.17 Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes only. Using a bonus or deposit outside normal casual play is treated as a breach of these Terms.

7.18 Promotion abuse is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • minimum-risk betting strategies, such as covering 24 or more of the 37 spots on a roulette table;
  • placing individual bets above AU$150 before wagering requirements are met;
  • shifting between low- and high-weighted games to manipulate wagering progress after a large win;
  • shifting from high-risk to low-risk betting after a large win to preserve it while clearing wagering;
  • two-tier betting arrangements;
  • delaying or manipulating bonus-funded gameplay to bank value before converting and withdrawing it;
  • exploiting software bugs, or any other activity considered abusive at the Company's discretion.

7.19 Promotion abuse, fraud, or manipulation is a breach of these Terms. The Company may void related promotions, confiscate resulting winnings, and restrict future participation in promotions.

8. Placing Bets and Gambling

8.1 It is your responsibility to confirm that bet details are correct before placing a wager.

8.2 Bets cannot be cancelled once placed. The Company may decline or cancel a bet at its own discretion.

8.3 Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator, and you accept these results. Where a discrepancy exists between what displays on your screen and the result recorded on the game server, the server record prevails. Company records are treated as conclusive evidence of your gameplay and its outcomes.

8.4 The Company accepts no liability for losses connected to gambling activity.

8.5 The Company's decision on any dispute relating to a bet or its outcome is final.

9. Fraud, Illegal, and Improper Use

9.1 The Website is for personal entertainment only. The following are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

  • using the Website for commercial purposes, or on behalf of someone else;
  • fraudulent activity, including using payment methods or funds that are not yours, or disputing legitimate transactions;
  • cheating, exploiting software bugs, or using tools to influence bet outcomes unfairly;
  • colluding with other customers or third parties;
  • using betting patterns designed to minimise risk or guarantee an outcome, including hedge betting;
  • money laundering, terrorism financing, or other criminal activity;
  • harassing or abusing other customers or staff;
  • attempting unauthorised access to the Website or connected systems, or attempting to bypass security measures;
  • attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Website's software;
  • attempting to sell, transfer, or acquire an account.

9.2 You agree not to act in a way that damages the Website or its reputation.

9.3 The Company may review gameplay or betting activity at any time to confirm compliance with these Terms. Where abuse is identified, the Company may revoke promotional entitlements, void winnings, restrict future promotions, or close the account.

9.4 Where reasonable suspicion of fraud, illegal activity, or breach of these Terms arises, the Company may, at its discretion:

  • block the account and suspend pending payments during investigation;
  • permanently close the account across the Company's platform;
  • void winnings and cancel pending withdrawals;
  • void bonus balances and restrict future promotional participation;
  • notify relevant authorities of suspected illegal activity.

9.5 The Company may notify government bodies, other operators, payment processors, or financial institutions of suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, and you agree to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

10. Limitations of Liability

10.1 You accept that using the Website's services is entirely your own decision, made with awareness of the associated risks. The Company holds no responsibility for how you choose to use the software.

10.2 The Company accepts no liability for losses, damages, or unforeseen consequences of any kind, including loss of data, income, or reputation.

10.3 Neither the Company, its software providers, nor any affiliated party is liable for losses connected to, among other things:

  • errors you make when entering information;
  • fraudulent, false, or misleading activity;
  • a decision to decline a deposit or suspend or close an account;
  • delays connected to identity or compliance checks;
  • use of the Website for purposes considered illegal in your jurisdiction;
  • transactions completed using correctly entered login details;
  • unauthorised use of your account data;
  • inability to access the Website for any reason;
  • third-party access using your login credentials;
  • connectivity issues, including those caused by your internet provider or equipment;
  • force majeure events or actions by a government body;
  • errors, bugs, or omissions within the Website or its software;
  • any other consequence of your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Website

11.1 The Company may amend these Terms at any time, at its own discretion.

11.2 Changes take effect from the date stated within the updated Terms. Checking for updates each time you use the Website is your responsibility.

11.3 Continued use of the Website after a change takes effect is treated as acceptance of that change, whether or not you were separately notified. If you disagree with a change, you must stop using the Website.

12. Notices

12.1 Communication between you and the Company is conducted electronically, including through messages placed on the Website. You must keep your contact details accurate and current; the Company is not responsible for information you fail to receive due to outdated details. Written electronic communication is treated as received no more than 5 business days after being sent.

13. Complaints Resolution Procedure

13.1 Complaints are raised through the Company's customer support channels.

13.2 Complaints are handled initially by customer support and escalated internally where a resolution cannot be reached immediately. You will be kept reasonably informed of the complaint's progress.

13.3 A "dispute" refers to a complaint that relates to the outcome of a gambling transaction and has not been resolved at the first stage of the complaints process.

13.4 An initial response is provided through the standard support process. If the matter remains unresolved, you will be asked to submit a detailed written complaint through the Company's formal complaints channel.

13.5 To process a complaint, you will be asked to provide your account username, full registered name, confirmation from your registered email address, a clear indication that the message is a complaint, a detailed explanation of the issue, and relevant dates and times.

13.6 Once the required information is received, the matter is reviewed by the Complaints Resolution Committee, which will provide a response.

13.7 A response is provided within 10 days of the complaint being received, extended where the complexity of the matter requires further investigation.

13.8 If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome, independent external dispute resolution options may be available through the Company's licensing authority.

13.9 You acknowledge that your contractual relationship is solely with the Company, and agree not to bring claims against third parties involved in operating the Website, including software providers, payment processors, or payment agents.
